We love Butch's ribs and sauce. We begged him
to put up a web site so we could order his sauce when he's not in town. Well,
he finally listened, and here it is. Now whenever we
get a craving for some of Butch's ribs, we just fire
up the grill (or the oven, depending on the weather),
and follow Butch's time-tested rib-cooking recipe
while using some of his amazing smack your lips barbeque
sauces and seasoning rubs. We like our sauce sweet,
but you can get yours whatever way you like it best:
mild, sweet, pyrogenic, and if you're real brave - super
pyrogenic.
Yeah, Butch won't be cooking the
ribs for us, but it'll just about taste like he is. If you haven't
